The general terms and conditions of the online store Emonec Cafe determine the conditions for the purchase and sale of products by Emonec Cafe L.L.C., Vanganelska road 20, 6000 Koper (hereinafter referred to as the provider).

The terms and conditions of the online store are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and the TZS recommendations.

The online store operates 24 hours a day and every day of the week. The use of the online store is free of charge. Choose and order products and place them in the shopping cart. By final confirmation, you complete the order. The order is processed and prepared according to the possibility of product supply.

After completing the order, we will send you a notification of your purchase to the Email address you entered when ordering. At the same time, your order is stored electronically on our server.


All products listed in our store are priced in EUR and include value added tax (VAT). The coffee maker reserves the right to change the price, unless otherwise stated (case of sales and special discounts). When you confirm the order with our online store, prices published by Emonec cafe L.L.C. apply and are shown in the final order confirmation.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, the prices apply for one piece. In the online store, prices are listed as regular product prices, promotional prices and special offers. In online store, all promotional prices and special offers are appropriately marked and are valid for all customers.

Product images are symbolic. The actual product received, may differ from the product image on the website (deviation in number, color…).

We, The Emonec Café, are doing our best to ensure the coherence and promptness of the data published on our company’s website and in the Emonec Cafe online store. Nevertheless, product characteristics, inventory and prices can change so quickly, that data cannot be managed in time. After placing your order, the site will automatically redirect you to Paypal`s payment interface. After a successful transaction, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The system allows you to pay quickly and securely using your Paypal account.

Pay in Advance

If you have chosen this payment method in the purchasing process, we kindly ask you, to make the payment according to the Pro forma invoice, after you’ve received it at your Email address.

You can pay via (online) bank, as well as directly by post office.

Please pay the amount according to the Pro forma invoice you’ve received on the Email address you provided, within the 2 business days of receiving it. In case that the payment will not be provided, our system for order management will automatically cancel the order.

Pay when delivered

Upon receiving the order and the payment method being “pay-when-delivered”, we will send you a confirmation of your order through the Emonec Cafe online store. You will pay the delivery courier the sum shown in your order confirmation. You can also pay the delivery service with cash. Price shown in your order confirmation will be valid on the day of order placement and on the day of product delivery.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal worker will leave a notice of delivery of the products in your mailbox, on the basis of which you can personally pick up the package at the nearest post office. You can also pay for the product ordered in the nearest unit of Slovenia’s Post Office.

If you choose to pay in cash at the time of acceptance of the shipment, we will charge the payment order in the amount of EUR 1.00.

We will treat all orders, selecting the above-mentioned payment method, as final and irrevocable.

If the customer does not pick up the ordered goods on the agreed date, the customer will cover the re-delivery costs.

If the products you ordered are not in stock, your funds we reserved for the payment, will be released back to your TRR account.


Emonec online store, offers delivery for ordered goods, with the help of Slovenia’s Post Office, its contracting partner, with regular mail.  

Delivery is performed by the Post Office of Slovenia, at the address specified in the order confirmation, throughout the territory of Slovenia.

Delivery time for ordered products can differ:

  • From 1 to 3 working days: when the product is in stock
  • The product is on arrival. We will notify you of exact delivery. This status applies for products that are not currently in stock, but are expected to be delivered within 1 week. We will contact you about the exact availability of the product in question and reach an agreement on the continuation of the order.

In the case of ordering products with different delivery dates (excluding the above-mentioned status of the »Product on arrival«), the product delivery will be made according to the longest deadline available. When a product is not in stock and it is not expected to be delivered anymore, the website’s offer of the product will be removed.

Delivery is arranged by GLS or the Post Office of Slovenia, mostly on the next working day from the day of dispatch, but no later than within three working days. Delivery is completed at the address you specify when ordering. In case that no one is at the specified address at the time of delivery, the delivery courier will leave a notice of the arrival of the shipment and delivery attempt.

Cost of delivery:

The delivery cost is uniform for all of Slovenia and is flat for all orders. The postage amount is 3,86 EUR and for all orders above 30 EUR, postage is free.

If you choose to pay in cash at the time of acceptance of the shipment, we will charge the payment order in the amount of EUR 1.00.

Return of goods:

The right to withdraw from the purchase and the return of goods

Within 7 days of receiving the goods, you have the right to contact us at or by phone: +386 5 625 90 74 or +386 51 309 119 (Monday to Friday: 8am to 3pm and Saturday from 8am to 12am) and withdraw from the purchase, without having to state your reasons why.

You must return the goods within 7 days of the delivery of the notice of withdrawal. The mentioned period starts one day after the date of delivery of the ordered goods. Regardless of the cancellation form, you must provide us with a copy of the invoice. You must return the received goods undamaged, unchanged and still in the original packaging.

We will refund your payment to your TRR. The refund will be made within 3 days of receiving the goods at our address. We can hold off the refund until we receive the returned goods, or until we are sent proof that you have sent the goods back, depending on which event occurs earlier.

The right to exchange goods, refunds, guarantees, material defaults and improperly provided services, are more precisely regulated by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act – link: (unofficial consolidated text).

Replacing the goods:

If you find that the size of the unused product does not fit you, you can easily change it to the right size. In this case, you will be charged the shipping costs. The product must also be unused, undamaged and still in its original packaging.

Material default:

Product has material errors:

  • If the product does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal or marketing use;
  • If the product does not have the characteristics necessary for the particular use for which the buyer buys it for, and the seller was aware, or should have been aware of the lacking thereof;
  • If the product does not have the characteristics that were explicitly or implicitly agreed or prescribed;
  • If we have delivered you a product that does not match the pattern or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for informative purposes.

Product suitability check:

The suitability of the product for normal use, is judged by goods of the same kind and taking into account the declarations of the characteristics of the goods, that we, or the manufacturer, have provided you with, in particular by advertising, presenting the product or indicating on the goods themselves.

Exercising material defects:

You should notify us, at your own expense, within the legal deadline, of any material error. The notification must contain a detailed description of the default mentioned. We have to be given the time needed, to examine the product. The right to enforce a material default is more clearly defined by the Consumer Protection Act.

The products have a warranty, if indicated so on the warranty card. The warranty is valid, while taking into account the instructions on the warranty card and when submitting an invoice for the product in question. The warranty periods are indicated on the warranty card or on the invoice.

The warranty expires if:

  • You fail to comply the instructions for use,
  • The product is repaired by an unauthorized person,
  • Negligent handling of the product occurs,
  • Damage is caused by mechanical impacts, due to the fault of the buyer or third party.

The Emonec Cafe is making every effort to ensure the up-to-date and correctness of the information published on its websites. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the articles, delivery times or prices can change so quickly, that we sometimes fail to correct the information shown on these websites. In this case, Emonec Cafe will notify the buyer of the changes mentioned and will allow the customer to withdraw from the contract, or to replace the ordered item.

Exclusion of liability:

We reserve the right to disable access to the above-mentioned site, due to technical or other issues or maintenance, which means disabling or hindering the use of the online store. In case of technical issues on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the orders that were made and have been affected by any technical errors. In case of cancellation of orders, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with further steps to follow. The buyer should, for their own good, ensure, that they have the adequate protection (antivirus, etc.) before accessing and using the website. The buyer should ensure the appropriate security and confidentiality of the data used for registration on the website (E-mail address, password).

Complaints and disputes:

Emonec Cafe respects the current European consumer protection legislation, is trying fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to appoint a person with whom, if any issues occur, the customer can connect, either by telephone or by Email.

The complaint is sent via email to: The complaint processing procedure is confidential. We, Emonec Cafe L.L.C., will, within five working days, confirm that we have received the buyer’s complaint, informed the customer on how long it will take to handle the beforementioned complaint and keep the customer informed during the progress of the process.

Emonec Cafe is aware that the essential characteristic of the consumer dispute, at least in terms of Judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs arising in the resolution of the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute in court. Consequently, Emonec Cafe is working to the best of its ability to resolve any dispute by mutual consent.

In the case of Judicial settlement of disputes, the court shall have jurisdiction according to the consumer’s domicile.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes:

In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any contractor for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, as competent to resolve a consumer dispute, that the consumer could launch under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act. Emonec Cafe L.L.C., which as a provider of goods and services enables online trade in the territory of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the Internet Dispute Resolution Consumer Platform (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers on THIS link.
